  • To authenticate your identity via Google OAuth.
  • To process your content with Google Gemini AI for auto-tagging and semantic search.
  • To answer questions about your knowledge base using Google Gemini AI.

3. AI Processing

Your content is sent to the following third-party AI services for processing:

  • Google Gemini API: Used for auto-tagging content, answering questions about your knowledge base, and generating text embeddings for semantic search.

This service processes your content only as needed to provide the features described above. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Google Cloud SQL. Files you upload are stored on the server. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your content is only shared with the AI services listed above for the purpose of providing Mindweave's features. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

6. Cookies and Sessions

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. These are essential for the service to function and are not used for tracking or advertising.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, modify, and delete your content at any time through the Mindweave interface. To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact us at the email below.

8. Children's Privacy

Mindweave is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
